Google Analytics is a free resource that allows us to track and measure success on our clients’ websites. The information that Google Analytics provides can help target customers, optimize landing pages to improve conversions and understand more about where visitors are spending time. Andy Kutcher and Ashley Orr both spent the last few weeks getting prepared for the  Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ) test. HootSuite CertificationHootSuite University is an in-depth curriculum on how to use the social engagement platform. The entire FSC Interactive social media department buckled down to get certified. From monitoring social media to reporting on engagement, any of our qualified staff now has the know-how to master the HootSuite software. FSC works closely with the HootSuite Enterprise team to enhance the software capabilities and test beta offerings. Having a comprehensive understanding of all facets of the program better allow us to identify new opportunities and advocate on behalf of our clients.
