FSC Interactive, a New Orleans-based digital marketing agency has promoted Sadie Nius to Vice President of Operations. Nius began at FSC Interactive in January 2012.
In her tenure at FSC, Nius has created systems and processes to better the culture and work environment at the agency. As FSC Interactive grew, Nius provided the infrastructure to scale with revised policies and innovative vision for the future, including annual performance review and goals setting, comprehensive health care packages, flex time and competitive PTO, and our maternity and paternity leave policies.
Under Nius’s leadership, FSC Interactive was honored as a City Business Best Place to Work and the Career Builder Big Strides in Small Business Award, which recognizes advancements in hiring and workforce development efforts. As the Vice President of Operations, Nius will continue to lead FSC in forward-thinking best practices in human resources, agency operations and financial success.

This is a new role for the agency, building on FSC Interactive’s strong leadership in the face of increased momentum and growth in digital marketing. With the additional of the second agency Vice President, Tiffany Starnes will add Innovation to her Vice President title, reflective of her role in elevating the agency brand and services and fostering a culture of forward-thinking strategy.
