SUCCESSES: May the Insights Be With You
As the phrase “May the force be with you” has achieved cult status, Insights have earned the same at FSC. We believe in measurable results. Measure twice, act once. We look at what works to inform future success. Check out all of the great insights we’ve gathered from campaigns in May:
 
  • Congrats to Crescent Transport and Blanc Bridal on their beautiful new websites!
  • With just a budget of $25, our Riverwalk Outlet Collection Share & Comment to Win Giveaway Campaign reached a total of 11,516 people, received 194 likes, 143 comments, 133 shares, and 487 post clicks! (screenshot attached – if you’d like to use)
  • Utilizing a revised content strategy, focused on long form content and rich storytelling, Doris Metropolitan saw a HUGE spike in fans, engagement, and weekly total reach! Engagement increased by 251%, and reach by 22.9%! (screenshot attached)
  • International House Hotel saw the following organic search (SEO) results in May:
  • Online reservations increased by +135% MOM, with 725 online reservations in May 2015, compared to 309 in April 2015.
  • Time on site increased +26% MOM and +20% YOY, with visitors spending an average of 2 minutes and 34 seconds on the site in May 2015.
  • Traffic from organic search was up +23% MOM and up +59% YOY, with 5,705 visits from organic search in May 2015. (Compare to 4,642 visits from organic search in April 2015 and 3,595 visits in May 2014.)
  • Even with Facebook continuing to slash organic reach for pages, Visit New Orleans saw their highest performing ORGANIC content to date! (screenshot attached)
  • In the month of May, Tales of the Cocktail (TOTC) implemented two new weekly initiatives, #TropicalTuesday (cocktails in exotic locales – a mini vacation) & the #HomeBar series (people’s creative home bars) on Saturdays, both of which involve reposting UGC from those outside of TOTC’s typical fanbase. As a result, the account gained 2,219 followers in one month, bringing their total following to 10,504.
