The lazy days of summer, who? Let’s just say we’d feel like a fish out of water if we weren’t busy diving in on exciting campaigns for our clients. While summer is definitely the time to hit the beach, the bayou and indulge in too many snoballs, it’s also the season for summer travel, hotel bookings, dinner reservations and summer contests and giveaways! See who made a splash during our Summer of Successes for the month of June: 

Woodstock Father’s Day Giveaway 

  • For Father’s Day, FSC worked with Atlantabased furniture warehouse Woodstock Furniture to create a timely giveaway via Facebook for Father’s Day.
  • The contest received 127 Entries

To celebrate the Supreme Court’s ruling on marriage equality, we promoted the following on VNO’s Facebook and Twitter accounts:

  • Two Facebook newsfeed ads targeted to those with LGBT interests in our target markets
  • Avg. 8.13% unique CTR, 5% higher than FB average 
  • Vs. previous week: increased page reach by 635%
  • Engagement up 513%
  • Page likes up 595% 
  • Promoted to those talking about #LoveWins, filtered out those using negative keywords to try to keep conversation positive
  • 8.5% engagement rate (210% beat on average. Twitter engagement rate and a 94% beat on costs)
  • 306% increase in mentions resulted in incremental 600K of potential earned media impressions
  • Wanted to add the reach and link clicks to FB post as well.

Search Highlights 
A strong paid search campaign created a surge in transactions, clicks, and revenue for Mignon Faget. Meanwhile, International House Hotel decreased bounce rates and increased pages per session – win win!

  • Organic Traffic up 23% MOM and 59% YOY
